Call toll free 1-800-947-5223, fax 1-269-545-3538 or log on to www.lettuceduit.com. We are -open 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Thursday. Our office does close for 2 weeks in the December/January time frame for inventory. No orders will he shipped during this time. Complicated orders will be taken by telephone with written confirmation by fax, e-mail or regular mail or online on our secure order form. The following information

ORDER LEAD TIME Orders for stock sashes and badge tabs placed by 12:00 noon should ship the next business day. Stock items ordered after noon will ship within 2 business days. All custom orders should ship within 1 0 business days EXCEPT during seminar. Custom orders giving less than than 10 business days to manufacture before shipping and seminar orders submitted after the cut-off date will result in a "rush" charge being added to the order. Rush Orders will be assessed 20% of the total order or a $5.00 minimum charge, whichever is greater. Seminar cut-off dates will be posted on our website and an email sent to those addresses we have on file.
PRINTING CHARGES Our normal imprint color is Gold. Please note there is a foil change charge of $6.00 for each color used (other than gold). Also, please be aware that printing done in different colors may not be as crisp as gold.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT PARTS All items are printed to order. They are custom made for you and we cannot accept the return of unused ribbons, trophies, and plaques for credit. If you wish to remake or recondition an item from a previous event, we offer new printed streamers or engraved plates. Call our office with your ribbon's width and length or plate sizing and color for pricing.
TERMS All orders MUST be prepaid by check, money order, or charged to a MASTER CARD. VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER account. All orders that will be paid via check or money order MUST give a credit card as a guarantee. If payment has not been received by the time the merchandise is ready to be shipped, the credit card will be charged. An additional insurance fee of $2.75 will be charged for orders totaling over $200.00. All Non-Sufficient Funds checks will be charged to the guaranteed credit card plus a $25.00 service fee. If multiple credit cards are used on a single order, a $3.25 handling fee will be charged to each additional card and shipping will be charged to only one card. Call our toll-free number if you have questions regarding payment arrangements.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. They require a street address to complete delivery, and in some cases, may require a signature upon delivery. If this is not possible, packages can be sent by the United States Postal Service. Please remember that any package sent via the United States Postal Service does not have a guaranteed delivery time and packages cannot be traced. See below for shipping and handling charges added on the order total:
