We are open 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings time, Monday through Thursday. Our office does close for inventory the Monday before Christmas and reopens the Monday after New Year’s Day. No orders will be shipped during this time. Complicated orders will be taken by telephone with written confirmation by fax, e-mail, or reg. Mail. The following information should be included:

ORDER LEAD TIME - MARY KAY Orders for stock sashes placed by 12:00 noon will ship the next business day. Stock sashes ordered after noon will ship within 2 business days. All custom orders should ship within 10 business working days EXCEPT during seminar. Custom orders giving less than 10 business working days to manufacture before shipping and seminar orders submitted after the cut-off date will result in a “rush” charge being added to the order. Rush orders will be assessed at 20% of total order or $5.00 minimum charge. Seminar cut-off dates will be sent to each of our Mary Kay customers.
ORDER LEAD TIME - GENERAL
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for orders.
PRINTING CHARGES Using hand cast type to print on ribbon requires us to melt down the type for reuse. The lettering must be recast each time you place an order. On small quantities a type setting charge may apply even to reorders. A set-up fee will be applicable for custom orders that contain less than 100 flat ribbons or 25 rosettes. Our normal imprint color is Gold, other colors are available for an additional $5.00 for each color.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT PARTS All items are printed to order. They are custom made for you and we cannot accept the return of unused ribbons, trophies, or plaques for credit. If you wish to remake or recondition an item from a previous event, we offer new printed streamers or engraved plates. Call our office with your ribbons width and length or plate size for pricing.
TERMS All orders MUST be pre-paid by check, money order, or charged to a MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER account. All orders that will be paid via check or money order MUST give a credit card as a guarantee. If payment has not been received by the time the merchandise is ready to be shipped, the credit card will be charged. An additional insurance fee of $2.50 will be charged for orders totaling over $200.00. All Non-Sufficient Fund checks will be charged to the guaranteed credit card plus a $25.00 service fee. If multiple credit cards are used on a single order, a $2.95 handling fee will be charged to each additional card and shipping will be charged only to one card. Call our toll-free number if you have any questions regarding payment arrangements.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Orders will be shipped via Fed Ex ground unless otherwise requested. FedEx requires a street address to complete delivery, and in some cases, may require a signature upon delivery. If this is not possible, packages can be sent by the Postal Service. Please remember that any package sent via Postal Service does not have a guarantee delivery time and packages cannot be traced. See below for shipping and handling charges based on the order total:
